The organizing committee will send a letter of invitation upon request. This invitation is intended to facilitate participant’s travel and visa arrangement and do not imply any commitment of financial or other support by the organizing committee. Please include your name, address, and a note requesting a letter of invitation.
September is usually the last of the ‘cool’ months, but with temperatures reaching up to 31 degrees centigrade and dropping only slightly to 23 degrees, it’s hardly cold in Yogyakarta. These temperatures are usually more comfortable than the higher heats at the beginning and end of the year.
An average 40mm of rainfall means September is the driest month of the year in Yogyakarta. Days will generally be sunny and bright, with only a few clouds towards the end of the day, which is when the showers occur. There’s low humidity is August, and this is one of the best times to visit Yogyakarta.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The organizing committee shall not be held liable for accidents, illness, losses or damage to private property of registered delegate of the congress, during and after the event. Participant is financially responsible for any damage sustained to venue fittings, property or equipment. Participant should make his or her own arrangement with respect to personal insurance.
FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENT CANCELLATION
Force Majeure Event: any event affecting the performance of any provision of this agreement arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions, or accidents which are beyond the reasonable control of a party including any abnormally inclement weather, flood, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, earthquake, volcano eruption, subsidence, structural damage, epidemic or other natural physical disaster, transport, disruptions, failure or shortage of power supplies, war, military operations, riot, crowd disorder, strike, lock-outs or other industrial action, terrorist action, civil commotion and any legislation, regulations, ruling or omission of any relevant government, court, competent national authority or governing body.
Any party that is subject to a Force Majeure Event shall not be in breach of this agreement and shall be excused from performance under this agreement while and to the extent they are unable to perform due to any Force Majeure Event, provided that:
If the Event is cancelled for any reason (including, without limitation, by reason of a Force Majeure Event) the Organizer shall notify the Sponsor of the cancellation as soon as possible. The parties agree that:
